Edgar R. Mosquera is an Illinois licensed attorney who has practiced law on both the state and federal level.  He is a former police officer and holds an Illinois private security license.  He has had the good fortune of attending some of the top security schools in the country such as R.L. Oatman & Associates and Tony Scotti’s Vehicle Dynamics Institute.  This education has given him the opportunity to work on several executive protection details.  These operational experiences have shown Edgar firsthand the legal challenges that security professionals face everyday prompting him to direct his legal practice to assisting security professionals on every level.

A few of the services offered at our firm are helping individuals obtain PERC cards, assisting the individual in maintaining their private security or private investigation license and advising security companies on pertinent legal issues.
